Impact Fees

Impact fees are assessed to offset the fiscal impact of servicing new developments. The Village of Frankfort collects impact fees, or land contributions to provide adequate:

Schools
Parks
Fire Protection
Transportation Infrastructure
Library Services
Water & Wastewater Treatment
