$4,000 (includes 1" water and 6" sewer tap)

Commercial/Industrial

The combined water and sewer tap fee is calculated using the following formula:

$4,500 + [(average GPD-350) / 350] x $4,000

Where GPD = Gallons Per Day
and 1 PE = 100 GPD
