Business

Any business operating in Frankfort must hold a valid business license. Those businesses exempt from local licensing requirements must register with the village prior to operating a business. Licenses or registrations are issued concurrent with the village's fiscal year, May 1 through April 30, and must be renewed each year.

To apply for a license or register your business, please submit the following documents.

1.	Application - Completed & signed.
2.	Initial Application Fee	$100 ($15 Home Bus.)
3.	Copy of State License, when applicable.
3.	Other concurrent applications, when applicable.
