Garbage & Yard Waste Removal

*** COVID-19 UPDATE ***
Homewood Disposal requests residents temporarily refrain from placing any bulk items or refuse outside of the cart for collection.

Read the Full Letter from Homewood Disposal addressing their COVID-19 Response.

The garbage collector, Homewood Disposal, picks up at the curb on Monday mornings. Refuse may be brought to the curb after 6:00 pm on Sundays.  Homewood has replaced 20 trucks with those that run on natural gas.  These trucks are quieter, have lower emissions,  more environmentally responsible, and will help control future fuel costs.

Each household is allowed three garbage cans and one large item per week.
